Orders & Production

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made-to-order just for you. We'll get it printed and packed within 2-7 business days. Once it ships, delivery times are:

  • UK: 2-5 business days
  • US & Canada: 5-10 business days
  • EU: 5-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10-21 business days
Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order goes into production (usually within 24 hours), we can't cancel or change it. Double-check everything before you complete your purchase.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Use that to follow your package's journey.

Why made-to-order?

Making each piece after you order it helps reduce waste and overproduction. It takes a bit longer, but it means we're not creating excess stock that ends up in landfill. Thank you for choosing thoughtfully.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Check the size chart on each product page - measurements vary slightly between styles. If you're between sizes or unsure, email studio@littleblacktee.co.uk before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Our t-shirts and sweatshirts generally run true to size. The midi dresses run slightly smaller than standard sizing with limited stretch - we recommend sizing up for comfort, particularly if you prefer a relaxed fit.

Can I return if the size doesn't fit?

We don't accept returns for sizing issues because each item is custom-made for your order. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing.

Product Quality & Care

How do I care for my LBT pieces?

Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly on prints or embroidery. For items with polyester, we recommend using a Guppyfriend bag to reduce microfibre release.

Will the print fade or crack?

Our prints are high-quality and designed to last. Follow the care instructions and your piece will stay looking good. If you receive an item with fading, cracking, or peeling on arrival, that's a defect - contact us within 21 days.

Are the colours accurate to what I see online?

Colours can look slightly different on every screen depending on your settings. The printing process can also create subtle variations. These minor differences aren't considered faults.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. You have 21 days from purchase to contact us. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.

What counts as defective?

Misprints, incorrect design placement, fading/cracking/peeling prints, loose embroidery, fabric defects or tears, or receiving the wrong item entirely.

How do I return something?

Email studio@littleblacktee.co.uk with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We'll review and send return instructions if approved.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These aren't included in our prices and you'll need to pay them to receive your order.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at studio@littleblacktee.co.uk with your order number and we'll work with the courier to sort it out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and don't store your card details. Payments are processed through secure payment providers.

Do you offer custom designs?
