Every piece is made to order especially for you. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before dispatch. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

UK: 2–5 business days
US & Canada: 5–10 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
EFTA: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

Once your order goes into production, usually within 24 hours, we can't cancel or make changes. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey to you.

Your order may arrive in more than one package if items are made and fulfilled at different locations. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Our pieces are made to order by our production partners, and the production location may vary depending on the product and delivery destination. You can find more information about where and how our products are made on our Product & Compliance Information page.

We don't believe in shelves full of unworn clothes. Every piece is made especially for you when you order it, helping to reduce excess stock and overproduction. It takes a little longer, but we think it's worth the wait.

Check the size guide on each product page, as measurements and fit vary between styles. If you're between sizes or unsure, email studio@littleblacktee.co.uk before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Our oversized T-shirts and T-shirt dresses are designed for a relaxed, oversized fit. Midi dresses run slightly smaller with limited stretch, so we recommend sizing up if you prefer more room. Slip dresses have no stretch and pull on over the head, so fuller busts or hips may need to size up. Our tracksuit pieces use unisex sizing and generally have a more relaxed fit. Please check the individual size guide before ordering.

As every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues. Please check the measurements and fit notes carefully before ordering, and get in touch if you'd like help choosing your size.

Care instructions vary slightly between products, so always check the guidance on the product page. In general, wash inside out on a cold or gentle cycle and either tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over printed areas. For polyester garments, we recommend using a Guppyfriend bag to help reduce microfibre release.

Our prints are designed to be worn and enjoyed on repeat. Following the care instructions will help keep your piece looking its best. If your item arrives with fading, cracking or peeling, please contact us within 21 days as this may be considered a fault.

We do our best to represent every print accurately, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen settings. The printing process may also result in small variations from piece to piece, which are part of the made-to-order process and aren't considered faults.

As every piece is made to order, we only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please contact us within 21 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

As every piece is made to order, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure about sizing, please check the size guide and fit notes carefully before ordering, or email studio@littleblacktee.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Faults may include print errors, significant placement issues, fading, cracking or peeling on arrival, fabric tears or manufacturing defects, or receiving the wrong item, size or colour. Small print placement variations of around 1–2 cm are a normal part of the made-to-order process and aren't considered faults.

Email studio@littleblacktee.co.uk with your order number, clear photos of the item and the issue, and a short description of the problem. We'll review it and send return instructions if your return is approved.

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges aren't included in our prices and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, email studio@littleblacktee.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it with the courier.
