A Note About Microfibres
Garments containing polyester can release synthetic microfibres during washing. Washing less frequently and at lower temperatures can help, and we recommend using a Guppyfriend bag or similar microfibre filter to help reduce microfibre release.
How We Package Your Order
Every order is packaged to protect it on its way to you. The materials used may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and delivery destination.
Apparel orders shipped from our production partner's facilities use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic packaging where available. Outer poly mailers contain at least 70% PCR plastic, while clear inner bags may be used for multi-item orders. In North America, apparel packaging contains 90–100% PCR plastic.
Single apparel items are generally packed directly into the outer mailer, while multiple items may be individually protected inside.
In Australia, apparel orders may be sent in compostable eco mailers. Orders fulfilled in Japan and China currently use standard plastic mailers. Cardboard boxes and other protective packaging may be used where needed.
PCR plastic gives previously used materials such as plastic bags and wrapping film another life rather than relying entirely on new plastic.
If You're in Germany
Orders fulfilled and shipped to Germany by our production partner are covered by their LUCID registration, and the required packaging fees are handled as part of that fulfilment process.
Why Made to Order
We don't believe in shelves full of unworn clothes. Every piece is made especially for you when you order it, helping to reduce excess stock and overproduction.
It takes a little longer, but we think it's worth the wait.
