SHIPPING POLICY
How Long Until My Order Ships?
Every Little Black Tee piece is made-to-order just for you. Once you've placed your order, we'll get it printed and packed within 2-7 business days. As soon as it's on its way, we'll email you with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Times
Once your order leaves us, here's roughly when you can expect it:
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- EFTA States: 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
These are estimates - things can take a bit longer during busy periods or if there are delays outside our control (weather, customs, courier backlogs).
Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on where you're located and what you're ordering.
Tracking Your Order
You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships, so you can keep an eye on where it is.
International Orders - Customs & Duties
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees when your package arrives. These aren't included in what you pay us at checkout, and you'll need to pay them directly to receive your order. Every country has different rules, so check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
Package Problems
If your package goes missing or is taking much longer than expected, get in touch at studio@littleblacktee.co.uk with your order number. We'll contact the courier and sort it out.
