Packaging
Orders are packed to arrive safely, using the best locally available materials:

  • Poly mailers (white or grey), made from at least 70% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic
  • Clear inner bags, made from at least 30% PCR plastic and used for multi-item orders
  • Cardboard boxes for larger orders
  • Compostable mailers for orders shipped within Australia

Packaging fees for shipments to Germany are covered under the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) by our production partner’s LUCID registration.

Environmental note
Like most synthetic textiles, items containing polyester release plastic microfibres during washing. Washing at low temperatures and using a microfibre filter bag helps reduce this.
